Doctor Schumacher is one of the best vets I've ever had. He truly loves the animals he services and will not bilk patients. He also keeps very good company in the profession. He knew the specialist who had done my Weim's eye surgery and she is considered one of he best in the nation. He knew her well. I live on the east side of Rochester and could easily find a vet there. It is worth it to drive to Stoney Pointe for the expertise, value, and compassion of the staff.

LOVE it. There is NEVER a wait to get in a room and a tech comes in within 5 minutes max and the vet comes in right after. They don't BS you with extra stuff or services. The reception staff is very nice and remembers your name and your dogs. There is almost never anyone in the waiting room, incase your pet doesn't like others. Check out is super fast, even if you need meds. Most of the time I'm in and out in 20 minutes. If its something serious or needs special attention, or for a physical, they do take longer, obviously. The vets, assistants and techs are friendly and caring. Plus they offer grooming and boarding with indoor/outdoor runs and a yard to go out and play in. Great with fearful and aggressive dogs too. Finally found a great vet!
