Horrendous. They are just about money and not about your pet. Even if you live locally, better to go elsewhere.
I was VERY happy with the service and price! I would absolutely recommend them!
My doberman was misdiagnosed with epilepsy and medicated with anti-seizure medication for a year. She had a case of whip worms that spread to her brain. She seizured horribly one day and had to be put to sleep. The response they gave over the misdiagnosis was pretty much, "Whoops! Guess we killed her!" Don't go here if you love your pet.
