I'm sorry to say but my visit to this veterinary office was extremely unpleasant. the employees were very unprofessional and frankly I'm not sure why they even work there. On the website and the office, it says they open at 8:30. I brought my sick barely breathing guinea pig a little early to the closest vet that takes small animals. my sister and I waited outside for about an hour they showed up half an hour late and were really rude and cold told us the doctor is not there and when we asked why they're open if they can't even help a girl named Jackie flipped her off and they did not even want to help us with anything. it seemed to me they didn't want any customers. Our guinea pig died and we are unhappy with this business. I will never come here again.
The woman on the phone was extremely rude and uncompassionate for animals. I tried to get information on how to help my cat twice and she was very cold / didn't care at all. If you don't have a soft spot for innocent creatures then a veterinary hospital is not a place to work.
I haven't been here but because the last 2 reviews are as bad as they are I won't be choosing this office for my cats. Thank you to those that posted.
I took my pug there for neutering after purchasing the friends of animals certificate. After calling my vet and being told that with shots it would cost around 500dollars to have my dog neutered I not only got my pet neutered but his shots were only 40 dollars they took care of him and when he cried too much they got me there immediately to calm him. Wonderful care and affordable We now have our Lab going there and they are wonderful there
Dr.Hartman came highly recommend so we took one of our dogs to him. He's not a bad vet, but his attitude is fast, & unless you know what to ask, he brushes right through things that might be confusing if you aren't a vet too. Our dog had issues & Dr.Hartman said he needed a specific med. When asked he said, the med wasn't expensive. He wouldn't elaborate. At the checkout, we were presented with a $50 visit fee plus a $70 fee for the prescribed meds. We love our dog, know it needed meds, would have gotten the meds, but he should have said the meds were $70. Not everbody thinks $70 isn't expensive. After getting home we looked online & found the exact same meds for $36 & $5 shipping. The kicker,,, 2 wks later the meds still haven't made a visible difference in our dog, so were taking it to a new vet.
