Northside Animal Hospital has been our vet for over 20 years. The doctors and the staff are extremely caring. Each summer we also board our pet there when we vacation. She is so well cared for and even looks forward to going to the vet. We strongly recommend them to all pet owners! We have been using Northside for over 10 years now. The doctors are highly qualified, compassionate, thorough, and make themselves available to their patients at all times. With 5 dogs in our house emergencies are bound to happen. Northside's doctors and staff have always been there when we needed them. Even in heartbreaking situations, I received a handwritten sympathy card from Dr. Salemi, when we had to put our beloved Doberman Caesar down. These guys are great! I wouldn't dream of bringing my babies anywhere else!

I've been going to Northside for years and the staff and service is top notch. Diana and Sean in reception have answered off hours emergency calls from me on more than one occasion. I've frequented Dr. Salemi and Dr. Borzio and they are both extremely knowledgeable and intuitive in their field. I genuinely feel these doctors are the best vets on the island. I rescued a tiny kitten over the Summer and she was very ill, Dr. Borzio went above and beyond to care for Lily and even referred us to an eye specialist in NJ to help with her vision. Northside has done a lot for me and my pets.

A wonderful and caring staff with caring hearts and a tender touch!!! Dr. Salemi is extremely knowledgeable and kind. My Rottweiller, who is usually hesistant to trust "new people" was injured and in pain and instantly trusted Dr Salemi. I knew she felt comfortable and trusted him. The staff is sweet and there is a nice family vibe, they take care of your pets like their own. I highly recommend!!

northside has been careing for my cats for over 20 years.they have always been caring my oldest cat lived to 22 years old.they saved his life at 16.they have only done services that where needed and always give me the proper dirrections and choices.I have one cat left and would never use anyone else.
