Dr. Scheider and his staff were absolutely fantastic! He was a blessing when our dog was very ill. He was thorough and compassionate with all of us, even stayed late to help our dog. Everyone there was very friendly and caring. We have found a Veterinary practice that we love and have complete confidence in. We all highly recommend them to our family and friends. Keep doing what you all do!

I took my mother's dog to see Dr. Fish for her first visit. Everyone there was great, so friendly and helpful. I just love Dr. Fish, she was so good with Brandy. Going to the vet is not Brandy's favorite thing to do, she is getting old so field trips are not high on her list of things to do. I would recommend Perinton Veterinary to anyone that asks me. Thank you to all of you for making it a good experience for Brandy. I look forward to continuing her care with Dr. Fish.

Dr. Scheider is a very compassionate veterinarian with strong clinical skills. He provides very thorough care and expect to receive follow up phone calls from him personally checking in about the progress of the health of your pet. I consider my dogs to be my "four legged children" and thus believe it is very important to feel they are receiving the best health care possible. Dr. Scheider's staff is very responsive, always following up and being very compassionate and organized. The hospital itself is always clean and appointment times are easily accessible to meet your needs. We have taken our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shona, to Perinton Veterinary Hospital since last year starting with her 8 week old checkup. We were referred to Perinton Hospital by my daughter-in laws family who have gone to Perinton for years. From the first phone call, to our latest visit last week I have not only been impressed with the courtesy of the office staff,and veterinary technicians but also by the skill and compassion displayed Dr. Scheider, and Dr. Fish. Even after what I would consider many painful unpleasant tests,and surgery, Shona leaps with excitement as we pull into the office parking lot. As we enter the pleasant and spotless waiting room we are all greeted with enthusiasm by the friendly staff...Shona cannot wait to visit with the Dr. Scheider .Once placed in an exam room the veterinary technicians visit, update Shona's history and of course spend time affectionately assessing our pet. Shona is usually bursting with excitement to see Dr. Scheider....who comes in and gets right down on the floor to receive licks of approval and affection form our dog. Another successful veterinary visit, so easy, friendly and professional. Once home I realized I have a question that I forgot to ask at our appointment....not a problem since I have Dr. Scheider's email address which I have used many times in the past, a great benefit of the Perinton Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Scheider follows up quickly with an email and often calls several days later to check on Shona. Personal attention to details, professional management, and emphasis on the customer service to the pet, and owner make Perinton Veterinary Hospital a GREAT experience.
