There is a vet here named Dr. Gebbie who is an exceptional doctor! She kept tabs on my Chinese Dwarf hamster for over a year, knew him and his quirks, and could even trim his teeth with no anesthesia! She is highly recommended. The rest of the front desk staff are courteous and super knowledgeable. The office is warm and homey.

I brought my 17 yr. old ''kitten'' Boo Boo to this place on an emergency basis when I found a mass protruding from her rectum. I was told it was a tumor in her colon, but they wanted to do blood work to see if it was cancerous. Sent me home with 3 pills for inflammation and said they would call with results. No call first day, second day I call and am told I would here from Dr. My baby is miserable, I'm still hoping something can be done, third day I call and am told Dr. was busy and wasn't in yesterday. I get a message that night saying it's cancer..That was IT!! My poor baby has cried all night and me too. How could they allow this???My last days with my baby being both Miserable..Now up waiting for 8am to go to Penfield hosp. Where their WONDERFUL. Please DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE !! They must not have a heart for Anything but money. I will NEVER FORGIVE THEM
