I spent a half an hour on the phone with the receptionist going over the plans for my kitten. I filled the paperwork out the night before, which was available on the website. When I went in the next day for the surgery for my kitten they did a hard sell. The price was 150.00 over what I was told, the receptionist/vet tech kept referring my female cat to a male. They asked me to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out. My cat had nothing to ear or drink all night. I did what was asked of me. Their concern was not my animal, it was money. I understand that it's a business but communication should be the priority. This wasn't a used car deal.

Do not take your pet here! They could careless about your pet, All they're worried about is money!
