Twice in 2 months my furbaby was having a problem, twice I called my vet, twice my vet wasnt able to take the time to help her.... TWICE Pet Med Clinic was there, on the spot and was happy to help us. There wasn't a third chance for the other vet. The compassionate team at Pet Med Clinic have gone above & beyond each visit. When my dog Gunner was at the threshold of death, Doctor Rick took the time ask more questions and to listen to me. Somehow; he was able to deduct a diagnosis from my rambling and panic. He saved Gunner that day, giving my family and I the gift of 3 more years with our faithful companion. He was Gunner's vet his entire lifetime. I continue to bring my pets to Dr. Rick because I KNOW that he CARES. I no longer live in Lorain County, but I will drive the distance because I know that they cannot receive better care. The entire staff at Pet Med Clinic is wonderful and caring.
