Took our two DMH cats there. Cut the quick really bad on one of them and also cut her ear during the grooming. They were rather unapologetic about it, saying 'It happens sometimes'. I had their shots and trimming done at Graham Road Animal Hospital and they had absolutely no issue with doing it properly. GRAH even praised the cats for being very well-behaved (didn't need sedated). Will not be returning.
Our dog likes it here. Friendly, warm staff (we get the TLC package).
