Macedonia Vet Clinic is the only place I would ever take my pets. The doctors and staff at this clinic are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They treat my dog like it’s their own. They exude their love of animals by making sure my pet receives only the best and most appropriate treatment. They always thoroughly explain the diagnostic tests and the associated costs so that I can understand exactly what is going on with my dog and what is required to help improve her quality of life. When our beagle starting having seizures, which is a truly nightmarish experience, the staff and doctors at Macedonia Vet Clinic were not only able to calmly guide us through this journey but have perfected our dog’s medications so that she has not had a seizure since. It is very apparent to me that the doctors stay up to date on the current veterinary practices as they always explain the pros, cons and side effects of every medicine prescribed and explain to me alternative medicines or options. They continually ensure that my dog’s life and health is the best it can be and as we celebrate our tenth year with our beagle, all we can say is thank you Macedonia Vet Clinic and Dr. Anselmo!

They are always very friendly and on time. The vets and techs are amazing, incredibly friendly, and very good with our cats. Prices are comparable and they make sure to explain cost if you ask.

First visit to this Clinic because my vet was unavailable. Staff was friendly. The vet did not do a through physical examination and wanted to run $700 worth of tests. We compromised and ran 2 of the tests that did not uncover anything but still cost over $400 (including examination and x-ray). Took my dog to Northfield Veterinary for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose with just the physical examination. I am really disappointed that the practice runs every costly test under the sun to identify a problem.
