The guy tried pad the bill and became appallingly rude when called on it. He actually raised his voice at me. AVOID!

Money grabber. Everything is very expensive and will look to add on as much as they can. But, the place is very nice and very clean. The new vet they had hired is great as well as the vet techs. I had just moved to the west side of Cleveland so I sought to find a vet that was closer for convenience. After looking through reviews on different ones in the area, I chose to take my 7 month old puppy to this one. Had a great first experience even though they kept offering different things to me. I ended up doing just the one shot. My bill after it was over was so high! But, to find a good animal clinic for dog, I was not going to argue it. Then, two weeks later, my dog was showing signs of a UTI. He has had a history of them a few times. I immediately took a urine sample in a sterile tube taken from my research lab and brought it in to to get it tested. They turned it down and I was very taken back by this as my other vet would take it and send it out to get analyzed. They told me that they could not take it because they would have to sedate him and obtain a sample from his urinary bladder so it was pure! I was furious at this moment because they would obtain the same sample as I had just did without all the extra work, let alone all the charges I would get for this procedure. I left the place immediately and called my other vet, since I did not transfer the records yet, and told them that my dog is having the same symptoms he gets with a UTI again and they ordered his antibiotics for him right away. I picked them up later that day and now my dog is symptom free once again. I will never return to North Royalton Animal Hospital nor will I recommend it to anyone. I would rather go to my vet on the east side then go for the convenience. Obviously, others will have different experiences depending on what their animals need, but this is not the place for my dog who seems to be prone to UTIs.

I am so very thankful to Dr. Hetchko for treating me and my dog with love and care. I am truly grateful to him and the entire staff for treating us like people and not $ signs. I have dealt with many vets for the past 10 yrs. and never have any of them made us feel so loved. I HIGHLY recommend letting this hospital care for your loved ones. After all, they are part of the family. My dog received better care from this facility than most hospitals have given to me as a human being. I will never forget what they have done for me and my family. My dog was my best friend and she will never be forgotten. Thank you Dr. Hetchko for understanding she was not just a dog!SHE WAS MY BABY GIRL.

I have been taking my dog for several years and now my puppy. My older dog has horrible skin allergies and is always at the doctor. Dr. Hechko and staff are always very loving to me and my animals when I have a concern. They get us in right away whenever I call and follow up consistently with phone calls home. I am there a lot and pay a lot and I appreciate the wonderful care and consideration they give me and my animals...
