The Ark helped me when my own vet that i had used for years let me down. I will not point fingers, but they spayed my little min pin (Belladonna) and the procedure went south. When i called them to redo the surgery they acted like it was no big deal my baby was in a ton of pain and was going to take days before they could write their wrong. I called the Ark out of desperation and they answered with being very caring and affordable, especially since i had already paid in full at the other vet office. They did a great job fixing her up inside and out. Cant even see the scar they made. Love the Ark.
