The vet is very rude and will charge you for TONS of testing you didn't authorize and THEN hold you hostage to pay the bill (at least half of it) and THEN you get your pet back. Told him we were on a budget of about $100.... He then kept our ferret and ran up hundreds of dollars in tests- around 800 to be exact- ALL for a urinary infection!! What a HACK job! So we paid half of it and I refuse to pay the other and don't really have the money. Of course now he sent it to collections and it's on my credit but I don't believe in paying for stuff like this. I HONESTLY don't even think he ran the tests and just charged me for them. Just DON'T use him..

The staff is nice and orderly. The veterinarian Dr. Olson was rude. The dog food you use is terrible for your dog if it's not the one he suggest. Blue Buffalo apparently. I wont take my animal back there unless a new veterinarian is there.
