Southpointe Veterinary clinic/ DR.Steve in my opinion just happens to be the best vet that I have ever known. Saved my dogs life, And as a bonus is reasonable with his rate. If they had 10 stars I would give them that. Couldn't say enough good about the place. TAKE YOU'RE PET THERE AND YOU WILL SEE.

Went to this vet after reading reviews. Girls were really nice but the old vet was a complete jerk, didn't say 2 words to me. Gave me meds for my puppy with no instructions. A real jerk! Will not go back...I just stay close to home.

My husband and I have used Dr. Schwandt many times both for our dogs and our horses. He is always patient and understanding,not only to the animals but towards the owners as well. He has been a veterinarian for a long time and it shows. I recommend Dr. Schwandt over ANY other vet in the area not only becasue he is excellent at what he does but is also very reasonable!
