I had the opposite experience of the previous review. I found them to be very rough with my dog. When the doctor pulled him onto his table, rather than gently lifting him up, he grabbled him by his armputs and lifted forcefully. This forced him to cry. Then, when clipping his nails, they trimmed all of them too short, making them bleed. A few months later when I needed the record of his heart worm test, Silverleaf LOST HIS RECORDS. The receptionist was also very rude over the phone. Obviously I no longer take any of my 3 dogs to that veternarian.
