They are pleasant don't really like way it smells and they keep other animals on floor that can be deadly to a dog if came in contact with feces so not really liking that part but they are good an very sweet ladys

When I brought my dog in, they were a little busy but greeted me warmly and were very professional, and it was first thing when they opened up. They talked well with my dog, and I felt comfortable doing a day drop off for an exam. I have boarded them there before, and while my dogs never take boarding very easily since I seldom have to, they didn't seem distraught when I picked them up. I know there are other people that say how Northside wasn't any good, but take it with a grain of salt and see for yourself. Having had experience as a vet tech, sometimes things just don't go well to begin with.
