I can't imagine taking my two cats anywhere else! They always get me in right on time and get me out as soon as possible. Dr. Edwards is amazing with my boys. I'm so pleased with the pleasant and quick service here, I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

I've been going to this cat only veterinarian for several years with my senior cats, first to Dr. Miller and now to Dr. Edwards. I've found the entire clinic staff to be outstanding in thorough care, as well as friendly positive attitudes. Dr. Edwards applies new research and techniques, listens carefully, and takes time to explain things. My 18 year old cat just passed, she had pancreatitis, diabetes, arthritis and renal disease - Dr. Edwards provided the best and kindest care I've ever seen from a vet, including a house call at the end. I won't go anywhere else with my cats.

While maybe I'm just having bad luck, they seem to keep very bad appointment hours. I tried a year ago to take in my older cat after she was having a hard time from moving from CO to OK. They were on vacation for the week. Almost a year later I tried (in June) to take her ... they were on vacation for the week (the receptionist said, both times, "and they're almost always here"). Yesterday I wanted to take her in again and ... they are closed on Wednesdays. Today I called and they were going to be in surgery and unable to see her. I really wanted to give them a shot, I don't like the vet I've been seeing, but given that today is probably going to result in euthanizing her ... I guess I'm giving up on this clinic.

My wife and I intially picked this vet because they were the most inexpensive place we had found, but after the first few visits we knew we weren't going anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and the office is always nice. Dr. Miller is one of the best veternians we've been too; she is very knowledgable and helpful and her research is extremely interesting. I was particularly pleased at the entire staff's disapproval of declawing. Furthermore, I greatly admire their conviction to not engage in this kind of feline mutilation, at the expense of potential clients. If you have cats, this is the best clinic in the OKC/Norman area; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's all about them and you'd better get that straight. High fees. You do it their way or no way at all. Very friendly staff until you need something they hadn't thought of. Did I mention high fees and unannounced add-ons?
