After a few bad experiences in Norman, I was delighted to find Rose Rock. Not only are they always helpful and courteous, they are recommended on Angie's List and for good reason. I have never had a problem making an appointment and love that I can do it online. They have taken me in at the last minute with no appointment and their prices are fair. They always listen to my concerns and answer my questions and work with me on treatments. I can't rate them high enough.

I love the staff at Rose Rock Vet. They have taken excellent care of my pets for years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The veterinarians are exceptional and show lots of compassion and care.

I find the staff very helpful and Dr. Fritzler is amazing. Everyone is helpful and their actions show that they are concerned about the health and well being of your animal.

I have been with Rose Rock Vet for last few years and have had a range of "ok to great service". But just recently I took my two yorkies to be groomed and also get one of them their annual vaccinations. When the groomer brought out the 1st yorkie, the groomer made the comment that he looked like he was favoring his front leg. Well, he does this every now and then favoring that leg when he jumps from the couch to the floor but really doesn't ever get bad enough to the point he won't put any weight on it. So, I just thought it was the same issue he has had. But when he came out, he actually would not put any weight on that leg and was holding it up. The groomer said she had the vet look at it and he was fine. Well, he limped like that for 3 days before getting back to baseline. My question to the groomer is what really did happen to cause that??? Then after I got home I noticed that my other yorkie had clipper burns on his lower stomach and had a little area around his scrotum sack that was slightly bleeding. The next day I called Rose Rock to tell them of my concerns, the person who answered the phone was very nice, sounded concerned and said she would have the manager call me back. Well, never got a call back so therefore I am not taking my dogs back. In summary, most of the vets there are good but would not recommend the grooming at all.

I am a new-ish pet owner and this was my first trip to the vet. I was nervous but very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and the doctor. Everyone who handled my pet was very gentle and kind, and the facilities amenities provided a comforting atmosphere and assured me of the capability to handle and issues that may arise with my pet's health. Rose Rock Veterinary was recommended to me and I would be sure to continue to pass this recommendation on.
