This place is a JOKE. I wouldn't take my worst enemy's animal to this place. They DON'T care about animals OBVIOUSLY, they are RUDE and HEARTLESS. NEVER again will I take or suggest ANYONE take an animal here. I have had 2 separate experiences with this location in the past 6 months. 1st one I drove my best friend here with a kitten that she found in her back yard with its eyes still closed, they kept the kitten but made us sign a form relinquishing any and all rights we told this place was not ours and could not find the mamma cat, and treated us like dirt for bringing a kitten there to be saved. The second was last night, someone dumped a puppy on our porch, we couldn't keep this puppy and he was VERY tiny, they told my husband to take him to the pound (AT 10 PM), he expressed his concern that the pound was closed and they told him they have drop off kennels inside the doors for night drops. So instead of taking this poor little puppy and checking him out (when they was NOT BUSY) like they did the little kitten they turned him away to be left in a strange place all alone over night after having been dumped on our porch by the only person he has known in his shot little life. We COULD NOT keep him, we already have a dog, puppy and two Kitties. We could not take a chance on him being sick and getting our babies sick

My dog broke her leg, I took her there on a Saturday, they says they could fix it fir 2600.00$ I didn't have that much, applied for credit care, was approved fir 500$, they would not accept that as a down payment, they told me I needed to leave my dog there..I did. He also told me that he was the only one on Oklahoma city who could do this procedure. He lied. I went in Monday morning to visit my dog and got a bill for 600$.. I pleaded with the dr to work with me..and let me make payments..he would not. I.asked what would happen if I couldn't get the money first.He suggested that I put her down. I called a friend at the Bella Foundation. The gave me the number to dr Brown in Midwest city, they asked me to bring my dog over there and they could help. I went to get my dog from Dr Reynolds and he became verbally abusive and rude. He wanted me to give him the 500$ that I had to get her leg fixed without fixing her leg.. he didn't care about my dog, only abut the money..and I was conned into believing that she needed to stay there inner their care..they didn't do anything I couldn't have done from home. Dr Brown and his staff went out of their way to help me, the hit me some assistance and did the procedure for 2/3 less than what Dr Reynolds was charging.

Thank you to Dr. Reynolds and other staff of the center. They took the time and worked hard to get our puppy well. He is completely himself today! We thought having a fully vaccinated purebreed could protect us from a sick animal. We were wrong. Animal Emergency was kind and compassionate when we were confused and exhausted. They worked hard to find the rare disorder affecting him and again to find meds so he could come home. Talking with the doctor was comforting, even when we were still unsure. I can't thank them enough for our family.

I have had to take two of my dogs there over the past several years due to parvo, this is the only facility that didn't want to hospitalize my pups, along with being the cheapest emergency care they friendly, courteous, and pretty quick. They informative and helpful not only with my pups but also in comforting me. Thanks to these guys i now have two parvo survivors.

I adored everyone at this place! Between my puppy's accident and trying to take care of my 2-year-old, I was a little overwhelmed. They helped in every way they could to make my life easier by taking care of my puppy. They were kind, attentive, and very understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in helping my puppy get better.
