BEST Banfield in the OKC metro. The welcome staff is friendly and caring from the moment you walk in. The nurses are sweet and explain everything thoroughly, all the while making sure your dog is comfortable. Dr. Rachel is awesome as well!
One of the nurses is very nice and explains everything very thoroughly, but i brought my dog home with poop stuck all over her butt and her feet. This time, she came home dying of thirst. She drank half a bowl of water. I don't feel like they are taking care of my dog when she is there. I am very disappointed with their service.
