Dr. Acton was great! I have a Chihuahua that is deathly afraid of going to the vet. Because Dr. Acton came to my house, my girl didn't get near as upset as she does putting her in a car then waiting in the waiting room at a vet's office. The experience was much easier on both my dog and me! She cleaned both of my girls' teeth, updated their shots, and gave them a good thorough exam. I feel like she took her time, answered all of my questions, and gave good care. I will definitely use her again, and recommend her to anyone who has a dog that is scared of a vet's office!

Extraordinary vet. I have had a cat that wouldn't eat his regular cat food. My cat lost weight and became anemic. This vet was extremely creative about giving my cat other food choices that got my cat eating again. Happy Tails is a great and knowledgeable vet. I would highly recommend this vet.

Awful veterinarian. Used her for about 2 years for shots and medications. I had to keep track of everything because she we too scatter-brained. On every reorder of my dogs medications I had to tell her the dosage and I had to pick them up at her house. She couldn't even cut the dogs nails. I used her with blinders on because of the convenience. Now I realize my dogs could of died because of her.

11/1/2013 Dr. came to my home to put down my old sweet Golden Retriever, Emma. Dr. was very caring and sympathetic as well as doing her best to preserve Emma's dignity.

I needed this so-called doctor to perform a euthanasia on my best friend. I'm sorry, being a vet tech myself, I was mortified by the way she treated us. She told me she had to "fit us in" and hurried thru it. I know my dog is unconscious,p but she was man-handling him, pulling him by his ears and flipping over every which way, not once acting like anyone loved him. Now, I pknow from personal experience, she was not taking her time. She aggressively poked him with the needle at least 50 times in 3 different areas. And she could not get him out the door fast enough. I only got about five minutes to say goodbye before she whisked him away to go lay in a freezer all night. USo the very last memory I have of him forever is some bitch treating him like he wasn't important. I don't even have a degree yet, and I could have done a better job. Don't go to her people. She doesnt seem to care about her patients or clients to much.
