I was very pleased with the Vet and rest of the staff at this facility. Very caring for the pets. Took time to address my concerns. They are very friendly and professional. Both my dogs felt comfortable with them while being subjected to various tests/vaccinations etc. I will certainly recommend this place to people who want to take their pets to a friendly hospital facility.

This place has the nicest, honest staff of people with high quality customer service. They provide a very comfortable enviornment for you and your pet. Any question you have about your pet will get answered with honesty and in a timely manner. Will recommend this place to anyone that cares highly about there pet and great customer service!

look, I am not one of the people that writes tons of reviews on all these sites but this place has mad a lasting impression on me. Now Hillcrest Animal Hospital may be a little out of the way and not as fancy as others but what it lacks in appearence it makes up for it in quality service. The vet at this location actually cares about you as well as your animal. I admit that I do not take my two dogs to the vet as often as I should but that does not stop the owner from going the extra effort to remember me and my pets. The people that work at Hillcrest are good people and I have NEVER had someone put forth so much effort to please a customer. Everyone here has always made me feel welcome and part of the family. Please give this place a try, I am moving and if I can find a place that is half as good as this location I will consider myself very very lucky!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE support hillcrest you will not be disappointed.
