We have an older dog and it was 'time'. Dr Jackson is a very compassionate and caring vet. We had taken the dog in and there was nothing he could do for him, he kept telling me how sorry he was that he could not do anything more for our beloved pet. Okay first off I will say that I am an employee at the clinic. I know you always think employees are going to say great things to get people to come in. Well im saying great things because it is deserved and you can make your own decision. Ive worked in the veterinary field as an assistant for 6 years. Ive worked at this clinic for 3 1/2. The thing I found at this clinic opposed to the others, be quite frank, they dont try and "screw" you. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the service we give. Vaccinations are only 90$ for a dog and 80$ for a cat. The other clinics I worked at they were at lease 140$. Seriously...im not kidding. One of my indoor soccer teammate had a small dog that was limping she called another clinic and it was going to be 400$ starting because they required x-rays, lab work and all kinds of stuff, that is CRAZY. I told her to bring him here, my doctor looked at the dog and felt his leg and could determine that he felt no fractures but there was a slight tear in the knee tendon (by feeling). We gave some medication and told her to limit activity.....this cost 100$. A week later my teammate said her dog was doing a lot better. My doctor does give the options to the patient if he really thinks they need an x-ray he will tell you. We dont do x-rays here often so there is no need to tell you one is necessary unless it is REALLY necessary. I love this about Dr. Jackson he is honest and is a no BS kind of guy. If your dog has a torn ACL he will reefer you to the surgery clinic. He has been doing this 35+ years and he knows his stuff. Yes I am an employee, but I am also a person who cares if people are being "milked" unnecessarily for their money. Im a college student with not a lot of money....I dont like to be taken advantage of. That is my 2 cents. I will also add Dr. Jackson really cares for his employees and is just a good all around guy. He has been very helpful and supportive during my college career. You can take this review however you would like, but this is my honest opinion and experience from working here.

Excellent, experienced and genuine Vet! I won't go anywhere else to take care of my four legged family members.

Dr Jackson has been my vet for 15 years and is the most compassionate person. All my animals love him and he'll go the extra mile to help any animal.

Doc is the best one in town. Even gave me free fluids and meds to care for terminal cat at home. A+++
