19 years ago I started seeing Dr. Johnson at Peppertree Vet Clinic and it was the best decision I could have made. She is a caring and knowledgeable vet. She took care of my cat until his 21 birthday, this is a long time for a cat. It was only the last 3 days that he was ill. When she put him to sleep she cried with me and let me know that she would miss him also. A few years later I was able to work with her. I know that she has hand out information to aid in the care and treatment of her client’s pets. She only becomes angry when the client refuses to follow her care directions and place their pet’s health in danger of getting worse. She does not want to see an animal suffer, especially from neglect or ignorance. She is an excellent teacher for her staff and will train them to the limit of their ability. She regularly takes staff to Central Oklahoma Veternairy Medican Association meetings on a monthly basis where information is taught. She pays for all this education. Also, all copies of tests, books and informational handouts are available for the staff to use. All employees must be totally familiar with all the information contained in these handouts and prove it by written test. All students must show their report cards to verify that they are getting at least a C adverage. If at any time they do not their hours are adjusted so they may study to imporve their grades. Many clients come from out of town because of her care and knowledge. I am proud of my association with her as both a client and an employee. She is the vet of choice for all caring small animal pet owners. Anna R Stearman

Dr. Johnson is excellent, do not believe the negative commnets, she has been fair and very competitive with all of her prices and she has even went above and beyond in demonstrating and performing grooming and care for our puppies at no extra cost. She cares about her customers and does whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend Peppertree to anyone.
