I took my dog in to get a refill for Heartgard. I was changing Vets and took all her information and updated shot records. The nurse came out, met me talked to me then took my dog back into a room to draw blood, brought my dog back to me, and said she would be back later with the results. I have never been to a vet before where you DONT meet the Vet. I just thought it was very strange. I will go back but I would love to meet the vet a some point. Im not sure I like not knowing if the vet even saw her my dog. Just saying it seemed strange..

I took a stray dog in today just to get her checked over since she is in the house with my dogs. This place was awesome. The people were so nice, and they fit us in on short notice on a busy Saturday morning for a non-emergency, which is impressive. Even better news is they scanned for a microchip and she has one, so hopefully this dog will be reunited with her family soon....(keeping fingers crossed that they call!). Thanks Ranchwood!

Very nice staff! Registration and clinical were awesome. Dr. Waugh was super nice and took lots of time with us answering questions and explaining. They give a free well puppy check with first visit and are open on Saturdays!!! We will be back. They definitely wanted to make it a positive, non-threatening experience for our "little girl". I was pleased.

The Vets and staff truly care about your pet's health and well being. They're all highly trained and offer not only veterinary medicine, but behavioral training and expertise as well. They also work with area animal rescues, which makes them stars in my book!

They absolutely love my dog. I've left him in their care several times and it's obvious he gets treated like a king. I'm sad y'all aren't local any more (my fault). If I need to leave town for more than a week and I have the opportunity, I'll stop by with Rocky.
