Do no go here! Half the employees are on drugs...the office staff is highly unprofessional. Beware Dr. Evil. She stands around reading books hoping a very sick animal dies. The smell when you walk threw the front door is unbearable. The groomers there are not trained they lost the best groomer they had, now I'm forced to go back to petsmart. She didn't believe in sedation and now since she is gone the groomer Christine sedated all her grooms. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This review is for the grooming section of the pet clinic complex and should not reflect the the veterinarians who work here. When I visited the clinic 2 weeks ago the groomers were standing around outside on their break and I asked one of them how much they charge to clip nails. She responded with, "it is $5 per dog." I thought that sounded great, so once it was time to have my dogs' nails clipped again, I headed down there and sent them back with the groomers to get their nails clipped. When they were finished they proceeded to charge me $30.00 for both dogs. No where in the office does it state the charges for grooming of any kind. When I mentioned that I was told it was $5 per dog by their employee, their response was basically that it wasn't. So I'm posting this review as a ding to the groomers since apparently they're not on the same page nor do they post any visible pricing for their customers. And also as a warning to others who take their pets here to be groomed that you should definitely ask before you send your pets back for any grooming if money is of consequence to you.

Thank you to the staff who took care of the cat we rescued last night. They were professional, and their alliance with the Ms. Kitty Cat Rescue people is wonderful. Highly recommend this great organization!

Happy with how they treated us and especially our sick dog. Felt like they truly cared.
