I don't have adequate words to truly explain what how much the staff of Swaim's means to my family. Because of the wonderful and caring staff, they were able to help give us a year longer than we expected we would have with our beloved Buster. And when it recently became his time to leave us, they were gentle and loving. The depth of our gratitude runs deeply. I will never forget all that they did for our Buster---and us.

Swaim's is made by an amazing caring staff. No matter what I have needed they have always worked with me especially in harder times. They have always been understanding and honest. Wouldn't know what to do if they closed. I love the service and the way they treat my Chihuahuas. Been coming here for about a year now and every time I leave with my mind at ease. When my penny got parvo they gave me hope even though her chances of survival where very low. They walked me step by step on what to do and how to help her get better at home and penny lived =) They always explain to you things clearly and make sure to answer all of your questions. You can tell they really love what they do and truly care about your furry friends.

I have been going here for 20 years now, exclusively. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. The staff has been kind, professional, and very loving to all my dogs. My current one, they are very patient with her. I have seen them over the years, consistently, care for animals when the owners didn't have the means to pay for service. They have always given me the less expensive option, while still giving the best possible care. I have gone there multiple times to buy the medicine for new born pups, I've rescued strays, and they have been kind of enough to give me discounts. I am deeply grateful for the care they have demonstrated in front of me, consistently. I don't want to overdue it, but this place is amazing, and I encourage everyone to go there. Only thing, be just a little patient and respectful, they are usually very busy, because their hearts are so big, they take care of everyone. Just keep that in mind. Blows my mind sometimes how disrespectful people in the waiting areas can be sometimes, again that's just some people, nothing to do with the staff or company. tl;dr This place is a solid 10/10 I love this place, and I have 0 doubt my dog will be taken care of, and the price will be the most affordable in the state. Can't recommend enough

EXCELLENT STAFF!!!! Friendly and knowledgable about everything from dog food to farm supply. Veterinary team is willing to work with people who are on a budgeted income and will not try to upsale you anything that your pet does not need. Prices are reasonable. The wait in the clinic can be very long sometimes, but its well worth the wait. I will never take my pets anywhere other than Swaims!
