Dr. Giles is an awesome vet who takes time with each of his patients. We first started going here when he was recommended to us for our cat who was dying of liver failure. He showed compassion to us and we could really tell that he loves what he does with the tenderness that he has displayed to our animals. We have been going here for years now and have referred many family members and friends here who have all been impressed. Fully recommend this vet!

I took my dog there for a first time check up and his staff was nice but Dr Giles himself was rude. The appointment was on a Saturday and it would seem logical that if one was going to get mad over it being busy that they'd have their staff not schedule so many appointments for one day? He acted put out to answer the questions I had about my dog at the time. In mid-sentence of asking about my dog he cut me off and said "Well sounds like its getting busy out there better get going" What?? Who does that? My husband and I had been in the room for all of maybe 5 minutes and acted like we were a burden after dropping 60 dollars on our visit? My family use to take their pets to him and they stopped, and I would never go back again either. Rude, put out, clearly is burned out about the job. His staff was nice, but Dr Giles was very rude and inconsiderate the entire visit. Go spend your money somewhere else and make sure your dog is actually cared about when you're having them seen!
