House my dogs there a few years ago for an overnight stay. Dr had to go out of town. I was finally able to get them after several days of me leaving message after message on their phone. They were unable to bill me at the time. Was told they would send it to me. Needless to say instead of sending me the bill they sent it to a collections agency instead. Really?
