Very Good!! Have lived in the area some time but haven't had the need to take any or my animals in untill my 16yr dog started having some issues yesterday. Called today and they got him rite in. Let them know I was on a budget and they didn't go a penny over. They got every thing done that needed to be done and figured out what was wrong with my dog. Everyone was very nice and really good with my dog!!

Amy Gustafson was the vet on duty when we brought in our kitten for treatment. She did everything she could to save our baby girl. She even took her home to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with her and keep an eye on her. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail about her treatment and care. Never seemed to be short or impatient when I had questions or concerns. I appreciate everything she did to help our special little family member. Unfortunately Dr. Gustafson is not a permanent fixture in this hospital, but if she finds somewhere to land permanently, she would be our vet of choice for life. =)

We were new in town and I'm very glad we found this vet. I have been very pleased with the prices and the staff. The doctor is sweet with my pets and doesn't rush. I highly recommend.

The first time I went to the Vet Hospital the lady at the front was super sweet and the doctor I had was very good. We were new to town and I went here because it was recommended by my mother. That first time they were great but the last two times it was miserable. The nice woman who works at the front is gone - and now there is a vet-tech there who is short with everyone, rude, and acts like she is totally inconvenienced when you try to buy food or refill a prescription. Further, they don't even carry the prescription in the office anymore. Now they have to order it and I have to go to the pharmacy to pick it up. The doctor had no interest in what I was saying about my cat while I was asking him about her dosage in her medication and whether we should increase it. Further he seemed really rough with her like he was just processing her on an assembly line. I came from a hometown vet that was very kind and loving. Incredibly personable and thoughtful and gentle - one of those real animal people. These people seem like they're just there to get the job done and not actually treat the patient. I will never ever go back and now my mother is going somewhere else too.
