I gave a friend a ride to this veterinary hospital due to her cat having breathing problems. After waiting just over an hour, one of the two veterinarians finally got around to checking out the cat. When I went in to see what was going on after waiting in my truck for another hour, the people behind the counter were distinctly unhelpful. Polite, bit unhelpful in the extreme. At the point of writing, we are in hour 3 of waiting for the results of a test that should take minutes. If I brought my pet in for an emergency and was forced to wait an hour before even seeing the vet, I would have refused to pay. Understaffed, slow service, unhelpful staff. At least I know never to bring my own pets here.

I have taken my diabetic dog to this clinic for years and feel that this is the best care that I can provide for my dog. Dr. Brown has alway taken the time to explain my questions thoroughly and patiently. My dog is over 15 years old and has been diabetic for more than 6 years and I really feel that were it not for her expertise he would not be alive today. Despite moving over 1400 miles away--I make every effort to to see her when I travel to the West Coast. Thank you Dr. Brown from the bottom of my heart.
