Very friendly staff, Miller (our great dane/lab mix) loves coming in to see the girls. They always spoil him with attention and make him feel welcome and cared for. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and want the best for your pets. We have seen both Dr Nelson and Dr Bartus and both have been great. They listen to our concerns and explain what the are doing as they are performing their exam. We have been coming to Valley Vet since 2011 and i don't think we could have found a better facility.

This veterinary office is truly one of a kind. When you walk in, you notice how everything is as clean, or cleaner, than most human doctor's offices. Professional, polite and courteous staff greet you and get you checked in quickly. Once taken to the exam room, the staff takes extremely good care of your pet while explaining what they are doing and answering any questions you might have. The vets themselves are extremely knowledgeable, but if there is something they don't know, they look it up and call you back. I've been going to Valley Veterinary Service for over 3 years now. I have 2 Golden Retrievers who have received exceptional care. I don't think I could ever find a vet quite as good as this one!

Love them! I have 4 pets and they treat all of them with such great care. I never have a problem making appointments, love the new online appointment requester, and text message reminders. All of the vets are very kind and only do what is best for your pet.

My poor kitten got burned really badly. I called and got an appointment the same day. They treated me with compassion and respect. Because kitten was in a lot of pain he was not very nice to them, they were so sweet and told me they can't wait to see him when he's not in pain so they can see the real him. I just felt they took their time with me and they really cared about not only kitten, but informing me also.
