I went to Conchester Animal Hospital in July 2014 to have our dog spayed. We chose this place because they accepted our Friends of Animals neutering certificate we received when we adopted our dog. From when I walked in, all employees were extremely helpful and friendly. From the front desk I could overhear a veterinarian working with a pet in another room. He sounded very caring and patient which gave me a good feeling about this place. The service itself was done well and our dog was monitored overnight. The surgery seemed to be performed well and appeared to be somewhat minimally invasive so dog did not even need a cone. A small billing error was made on their part and without me even noticing it, they immediately called me the next day saying they would credit my card back for the error they made. Other places might not have been as honest.
