They have always been extremely helpful and accommodating for my dog. I have never had a problem other than sometimes a long wait, but that's expected when they're busy, and they always are!

I've taken my pets to the Dallas Veterinary Clinic for years. My cat was bitten by a wild animal and needed to be seen by the vet ASAP. I was told there was no openings for the day and call someone else. I tried them one more time today for my dog. She has an eye infection. They told me they couldn't get me in for an appointment for a week. I told them I didn't want my dog suffering for a week. Again, I was told to try somewhere else. For routine appointments, they are fine. Don't count on them when your pet really needs them.
