My 85 lb Ridgeback Alisa does not like to see the Doctor. She went through a lot –had 2 surgeries on her leg in past 1, 5 years. She wants to stay out of the Hospital as far as she can. Buts she broke her tooth and needs to be seeing by the Doctor. I was worry about her and how medical personnel will open that dog mouth and check her without anesthesia to do the initial exam. I was caught by surprise to see how Alisa relaxes and feels comfortable around Doctor Sara and her medical staff. They been able to kindly and firmly hold her up, open her mouth and check the broken tooth. I have been seeing by other Doctors, who need to sedate my dog to do anything with her. That cost more stress to the dog and more money to me! It was out first visit to Timberview Veterinary Hospital and I called other places to check on price upcoming dental surgery. Timberview Veterinary Hospital gave me best care and lower price! You cannot beat that! My girlfriend was always saying: “I LOVE my dogs Doctor.” I never could understand how you can love the Doctor of your pets. Now I do! We LOVE Doctor Sara and her staff! My pets are regular customers of Timberview Veterinary Hospital and I'm very pleased with their service. The staff is efficient, kind and obviously caring about animals (and humans!) Dr. Sara Mummert and her staff are dedicated professionals. Time is taken to explain my pets' needs and answer my questions. The facility is also very nice, with a comfortable waiting room. As a long time pet owner, I would highly recommend Timberview.

This place rocks! Excellent communication, patient care and positive interactions. Timberview uses the most modern equipment, knowledge and medications available anywhere. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine interest in our cats well being and any questions answered with a wealth of education and experience. We will continue to take our little Siamese here as well as any future pets we may have. We want to thank Dr. Sara and all of the staff for your attentiveness and excellent care of our baby kitty.

I would never take my pet here. They are WAY to over priced. All I wanted to have done was my rabbits nails trimmed and they wanted to charge me to look at my rabbit first!! My reg vet is in York and Im NOT driving the whole way to York just to have their nails trimmed. This place is ridiculous!
