Brought our dog in to be neutered. Vet puts the dog to sleep then realizes that his testicles haven't dropped!! He tells us "oh I can't do the surgery, his testicles haven't dropped". Then this guy proceeded to charge us for the medicines to knock the dog out!! Are you kidding me!? Do your job!!..... Rip off

The support staff there is very friendly, however the veterinarian himself is difficult to understand and his bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I once took my god there to have his nails trimmed as his nails are not only black, and difficult to judge where the quick is, but also that he gets extremely anxious, and even starts multing when he knows it's coming. The vet's assistant gave him a mild oral tranqilizer to keep him calm, but that still didn't work. THEN the vet himself gave my dog a shot, however when he tried to administer it, the needle broke off into my poor pup's thigh. I had to try to help them hold him down, and got scratched in the process. It was an ugly situation, and I have not returned since. On the plus side, the prices are pretty good, and they (the support staff) know my dog by name. I am however shopping for a new veterinarian...
