This was my first experience working with the Animal Clinic and I came away really impressed. The staff seems to enjoy working with animals and addressed all my concerns prior to the procedure. My dog was going in for a tooth cleaning and possible extraction. After calling around I found their pricing to be on par, better or much much better than other vets in the area. $192 for the procedure, which included cleaning, sealing, 1 antibiotic shot, anesthesia and exam. This is what really impressed me about their professionalism and honesty; when I got my bill it was 35% less than the estimated charge. My dog required quite a few teeth pulled and since those teeth did not require cleaning the bill was prorated down to reflect less time spent cleaning and sealing his teeth. The price adjustment was offered up front, without any questioning or negotiation. Upon discharge the friendly staff went over the treatment plan for the next few days, clearly highlighting what needed to be done and answering all my questions. Payment processing was quick and easy with my credit card. I can say for sure the Animal Clinic has gained a new customer and I really appreciate the care provided to my dog, professionalism, honesty and upfront billing.

I absolutely adore the staff at The Animal Clinic. My whole family takes their pets to Dr. Senita. I personally have been going there for approximately 15 years. The ladies at the Animal Clinic really do care about our "babies". They are so sweet and sincere, we are not just customers, we are more like family!
