We needed some testing done for one of our larger animals and we worked around their schedule to bring the animal in to get the blood drawn. After telling us it was $20 for the test they apparently forgot to send the sample to the lab. They tehn told us it would be $60 for the test. I had found the web site where the testing is done and they had a different cost, no where near the $20 + $60 Brandywine Veterinary Services charged. When I questioned them about the cost of the test they politely told us not to come back and find another vet. They offered no explaination and told us "We really don't have time to deal with mailing issues." If this is the way they deal with the clients then i'll be happy to find another. I would not recommend them to anyone with animals.
