My dog, a long time patient, developed an cyst on her ankle which Dr. Petracaro removed. Within 4 hours the stitches pulled out. I spent the weekend dressing the incision and trying to contact the practice for advise. With no response by Monday afternoon I made an appointment at K Vet and was seen the same day for antibiotics and to have the incision closed. When I went back to Greensburg Veterinary Associates to get my pets' files for transfer to K Vet, the Vet Tech said, with a sigh, "I don't blame you." This practice used to be decent. Not any longer.

I have been taking my german shepard to Dr. Deb for over 7 years. I cannot say how wonderful she treats her animals and her animals owners. She is very personable, knows you on a personal level and definitely knows her medications. I have been dealing with allergy issues with my dog for quite some time and with a lot of trial and error, we have found a resolution. I would recommend her practice for anyone that needs good one on one time with her and your pet. She loves them all dearly.

My cat was attacked and developed an absess. He would have died if it wasn't for Dr. Petracaro. She and the staff took great care of my little guy. The doctor was warm and caring with my pet. Its an excellent practice and I would recommend it to anyone.

We have been bringing our dogs to Dr. Debbie for years and we cannot thank her enough for the attention and treatment she provides to our pets. Whether we are there for a routine appointment or an emergency situation, she always treats them with great care. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr Debbie for years and find her and her staff to be wonderfully supportive and helpful. They have always taken the greatest care of my pets and show great concern for both my pets and for me. My pets are very much like my children and I can get most anxious and upset, like any parent, when they are ill. Dr Debbie will research things when she does not have an immediate response and does not hesitate to refer when the issue requires a specialist or a different knowledge base from her own. There have been times when it would seem the waits a little long, but then again, when I see the reasons, such as an emergency has just come in to the office, or they are running a test and waiting on the results, and sometimes it is just to give my kitty a chance to settle down and relax from the anxiety of the car ride in and the surroundings with all the different smells and animals, so the rest of her exam or tests are not so stressful for her. When my kitty Calvin got so sick and needed to be put to sleep, Dr Debbie could not have been a better care-giver and friend throughout the experience, including letting me hold Calvin and say goodbye. The comfort and love I felt and I believe that Calvin felt was truly a blessing. And Calvin lived to be 20, another testament to the good care he received and guidance I received in caring for him from Dr Debbie. My MaMaCat does so well on her visits and that is because of the care, compassion and respect Dr Debbie gives her. She is a true animal person and I feel she treats every pet patient as if it were her very own pet. I cannot say enough about Dr Debbie and Greensburg Veterinary Associates. I feel that God blessed me and my fur-kids with finding the right Veterinary care professional. I say Thank you and God Bless you Dr Debbie!
