We took our dog of 15 years to discuss euthanization (put to sleep) and received 5 star service. As for any pet owner this is the hardest thing you have to do and they explained everything to us with great detail. They gave us all of the alone time we needed to say our goodbyes before and after the procedure. And a few days later I was surprised to have received a sympathy card in the mail from the Vet. Thank you Richland Veterinary Hospital

Our new puppy broke her leg and The Richland Vet. Hospital were the only ones able to get her in that same day and hour. They mended her up, gave us detailed instructions and were concerned enough to call and check up on her progress. She healed very well and is running around like a nut now. We later took a litter of puppies in and will soon be taking our other pets to get check ups due to our previous vet passing away. The cost is reasonable considering the price of pet care and the care is exceptional. Richland Vets are my new pet care home. You will be pleased!

I noticed my cat was not eating for a few days. I called my regular vet who was unavailable and told me to call Richland Veterinary Hospital who was on call. I talked to Jackie who knew exactly what to do. She was very kind and considerate. She told me my cat wasn't eating because she could not smell the food due to her nose leaking fluid, due to a possible respiratory infection. She told me to wipe it with a warm wash cloth and warm up canned cat food to get her to eat. IT WORKED!!! I have an appointment scheduled tomorrow with my regular vet but I can't thank her enough for at least getting my cat to eat in the meantime.
