Don't let your pet ever go there. They don't know what they are doing. The communication is horrible. The price is outrageous. The vet said our dog might have MMM, but that it isn't common in our dog's breed or in a dog so young. IDIOTS!!! A simple google search confirms that is common in Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who are very young - other breeds affected are older. Plus they tell you one over inflated price range and then charge you an even higher one. I called my vet, who only referred us for a veterinary dentist appointment. I told me vet to never send another dog there. They normally wouldn't have referred us there. I am mortified at the scam they have going and the gross incompetence of the so-called vets at this dirty, noisy place. All you hear are poor dogs crying from the back rooms. If you love your pet, don't ever bring them here.

Max and family want to thank the doctors especially Dr. A and Dr. A ...AND everyone who worked with us at the front desk to help us manage our visits with Max while he was there for a week. We also wanted to say "thank you" for being ready when we first came through the doors. No delay- and you took care of him fast in his time of need. We loved being able to walk him outside on your property where you even have some walking trails-- it was stress free for all of us!! THANK YOU He's eating and getting his pills! He's a handful but he's got us trained to hide pills in meatballs now LOL!!! THANK YOU !!!!!! Diane and Joe PS.. Since this place has been under new management and ownership, the service is horrible. I think the hospital is more concerned about paying for their new buildings than providing quality care to our beloved animals. I now go to HOPE Veterinary which is right down the street off of 352. The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, prices are more in line with reality, and they actually take the time and recommend options and solutions. VRC would rather than jam expensive surgery proposals down your throat. They are complete scam artists.

I just dealt with VRC, Angela at the front desk and the outstanding Dr. Brady Beale for the first time yesterday. To keep it simple, I have NEVER been so impressed and happy with the way my pal Petey was handled. Dr. Beale was eager to help solve my little buddy's eye issue and I left there with a general sense that my pet mattered and that how I was treated also mattered. Well done VRC and especially Dr. Beale!!!!

I feel this place neglected my baby and nearly allowed her to die. They are a money machine ($8,750.00) and I will NEVER walk through their doors again. If you have a pet you love and are having an emergency, drive a few more (or fewer) miles to The West Chester Veterinary Medical Center on Rte 3. I took my pup there after removing her from this (VRC) awful place and she finally recovered after receiving the attention she desperately needed.
