Booked appointment online five days ago with email confirmation, so I loaded the kids and the dog in the car this morning and drove the 20 miles to banfield in pottstown walked in right ontime only to have the vet tell me they don't do appointments on Wednesday mornings. I showed her the email confirm on my phone and asked why would there system allow me to make an appt then. She simply said I don't know and her only customer service attempt was "would you like to reschedule." Like I said I made this appt almost a full week in advance and no one called or emailed to ask me to reschedule. I said I would find a new vet and walked out, terrible customer service. I was pleased to find the staff who answer the phone to be friendly and cooperative. They readily told me the average price for a dental cleaning procedure without making me try to talk them into sharing the information with me. I appreciate that and believe we have found a new Veterinary office. I will update this review after our appt.

Dr Fry and the whole team at Banfield is awesome! We have been going there with our 4 cats for the past 4 years. They are always helpful and take great care in helping our kitties. We highly recommend this vet.

My ten year old cat was treated for something quite minor. We received very good care. The doctor was professional and the staff was quite helpful. I was satisfied with the handling of my cat and he is on the mend thanks to the care he received yesterday. I would also point out that my two animals are well behaved and healthy. That makes the doctor's job easier. Take the time and handle your animals so they are used to being touched.
