My newly adopted dog came down with a pretty nasty ear infection which seemed to go from mild to incapacitating for her in a matter of hours. Of course this was on Thanksgiving and she was so miserable that I took her to the vet at 10:30pm for an emergency visit. The staff was so kind, intelligible and respectful of my aggressive dog. Her symptoms eased from the first spray of medication which allowed her to sleep comfortably through the night. Thank you so much to the staff and veterinarian.

My previous vet, diagnosed my 14-year-old cat with dehydration. Told me all sorts of ways to get fluids into him. In thinking he had to be put to sleep, I took him up to QVC. It wasn't dehydration. What it was... flea induced anemia. My cats paw pads/gums were white. I didn't know the symptoms of anemia... and needless to say, my previous vet didn't know what she was doing. Dr. Svor took great care in handling my boy. They ran a few tests and gave me the option to try and force feed him on my own... or go for a blood transfusion. He passed during the transfusion. He wasn't strong enough to endure the much needed procedure. It wasn't a cheap bill; however, I was allowed to make payments. Quite frankly, not a lot of vets do that anymore. I've taken birds there... and other cats. When I owned a horse, she received good care as well. No vet is perfect... but, I'll be using them in the future.. be it for vaccines or emergency issues.

This was the first time to QVC and I was very happy with the care. My cat was much sicker than I had thought and the care they gave was top notch. I did take advantage of the visits they allow and while there was surprised at the volume of emergencies that come in. Dr. Lehr and Dr. Wright were excellent. The called and gave daily updates in detail. Everyone I came in contact with at this vet was extremely caring and genuinely seemed to love animals. I can't say enough good! Thank you!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience here and the lack of knowledge that was displayed diagnosing my cat. I have a 3 y/o male who was having difficulties urinating and defecating which I clearly explained to the the doctor in which they diagnosed as constipation and swollen glands and told me to purchase fiber pills and give an oral laxative. They did not even recommend a urine sample to be taken. Fast forward two months where the symptoms have gotten exponentially worse to the point where my cat was not going to the bathroom for 3-4 days. I finally took him to another animal hospital where they diagnosed him accurately with crystallization of the urethra within 10 minutes. Surgery was performed that next day and he is recovering fine. Due to Quakertown vet clinic's negligence and lack if expertise with an extremely common diagnosis (20% of male cat's get this in their life) my cat suffered for 2 months and I had over 1.4k in vet bills for the surgery and meds.

I first saw Dr Clark with a sick lovebird well over 20 years ago; she cured her and the bird lived many happy years. She now sees my current lovebird and three Shelties. I drive over an hour to get to QVC, happily. When my dogs were neutered and had their teeth cleaned, I received calls from both surgeons to report on their progress. When one dog needed an overnight stay and his best friend did not, they offered to keep both dogs overnight, in the same cage, to make sure he felt safe. Every staff member I have ever spoke to has been courteous and friendly, and the clinic runs with amazing efficiency. Dr Clark is a wealth of knowledge and practicality. And their prices are lower than most vets in my area. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
