Called them to bring in my dog for anxiety issues. I told them I wanted to schedule out for 2 weeks because my insurance didn't kick in until then. The person on the phone told me to come in anyway and they will be able to bill the insurance. Thought it was odd, but I was glad to get it sooner. I took off work and brought my dog out there only for them to tell me the person on the phone shouldn't have said that. I had to go home. Then I call back in two weeks to schedule and leave a voicemail. Received a voicemail back that was very bitter telling me that if I leave voicemails I need to be more specific. Very snappy. Received no apology. Went elsewhere.

Dr. McGrath is the most compassionate, and trusting vets out there! He has a love of animals that is just obvious, as he will put our kitties in hit flannel shirt for a smile (they like it too). He is straight forward, and honest, and his care is complete. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great vet.

Love Dr Terry. He is so good with my two cats. They might be scared because they are at the vet's office, but as soon as he picks them up they calm right down (don't wiggle or try to get away). He takes the time to explain. Patient.
