I have been going there for the past 9 years and board my dogs there every June. My dogs get their shots when they are boarded. Took my dog to get boarded today and the lady said that my one dog was not up to date on his shots. I told her it got done every June when they board. She said I see that you requested it here it might not have got wrote in I will check into it. Then they call 15 mins later they were not given it was their mistake but they could not groom him unless they gave him his rabies shot today I said ok how much is it, it was $9 but I would also have to pay for an exam that was $31. I would then have to pay for another exam in June to get his other shots if I wanted to keep getting them the same time as the other dogs. I said I did not have a problem paying the $9 but I was not going to pay for an exam twice. So I told them not to groom my dogs I would be there to get them. I got there my dog was half shaved!!! But they could not groom him with out his shots!!! So I had to pay $8 for a half cut dog. All I asked was waive the $31 now or in June to correct their mistake a customer of 9 years was not worth that!!!! I really do not feel I was asking much. O and they would not give me a copy of my dogs files only another vet can have them!!! I did not know this!!! Going to a new vet next week!!!
