Most places wouldn't take ferrets and I was new to having one. They got me right in to help with his flea problem which resolved quickly and were able to answer many other questions I had..definently recommend

I've been taking my dog here for 4 years and have always had a positive experience. I never have a hard time getting an appointment. The staff is always nice to me and my pooch. I highly recommend this vet. I understand that some people have problems, however, if you want thorough, long term care for your pets, this is the place to go.

They advertise they offer a 24 hour emergency service however this is not the case. I spoke with Dr. West after my dog had bitten a hole out of another dogs ear. He quickly informed me over the phone there was nothing he could do and to just put some antibiotic ointment on the gaping wound--he was no where near polite and spoke down to me. I then called Eastview Vet Clinics emergency line where Dr. Glazener advised me she would meet me in 20 minutes. My friends dog needed to be put under to sew the quarter size hole back together. Unfortunately Dr West made no attempt to ascertain any more information on the injury--he must not have wanted to come in while he was on call (which is obviously the point of being on call).

I really love them. More then once Dr. Howard and Dr. West saved my rescues. Both doctors are great and very informative. The technicians are always sweet and they are always there when I need them. I highly recommend them.

I normally go to Eastview, but when I went home on my lunch break to find that my puppy had diarrhea and vomitted, I took her to Parkway because they're on my way back to work and they answered the phone. They let me drop her off on my way back to work and pick her up on my way home, and they even called me after they were able to check her out to let me know what they had found. They sent me home with meds, and even called back two days later to ask how she was doing! The vets seemed a little distant and apathetic....but the receptionist and vet assistants were absolutely fantastic.
