I thought this Vet was great, they took their time & listened to my concerns & gave my cat a complete Senior check up, he is 11 years old. They gave him a bath even though I didn't schedule him for that, I ask about it when I got there & they fit him in. The people & Vet were very friendly & caring. The Nurse held & petted my cat the whole time they checked him. They made me feel like I had one special kitty, just like I thought, Lol.

I will never use this vet again. Each time I've taken my dogs to this vet, the concerns are not taken seriously. My dog had pancreatitis, and if we had not demanded blood work be done after they'd kept him overnight, nothing would've been done. Pancreatitis is what killed my childhood dog so I was so upset to find out that had we not made a ruckus, they would've missed the diagnosis. Dr. Hooks is a much better and much more reliable vet in the Martin area!
