I recently took my chinchilla in for a suspected tooth problem. I was impressed with the care they gave my little guy and even more impressed that the vet willingly admitted to not having the equiptment or the knowledge to do what needed to be done. A lot of vets won't do that . They were very helpful in giving me supportive care for my chinchilla and helping us find a vet that can do what needs to be done . I would not hesitate to take my chinchilla back there for something minor or take any of my pets there for that matter.

We have taken our three dogs there on multiple occasions so I figured its time to review them here. They have been in for check ups, boarding, and grooming services and everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I know there are a few bad reviews on here but in my experience with vets, somebody always has someone to blame when it comes to vets. These folks are legit though in my experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have taken my rats to Judge Ely twice for check ups and lump inspections. The enthusiasm and informative banter about my little guys was unparalleled. I knew we had a winner when he pulled out the cheese whiz to distract the little guys while they got their nails done and the tech rubbed noses with them when they were finished! I am a cat mama of thirty plus years and have have several cats with special needs. Rats are a new pet for me. However, this doc clearly knows his rats and I am very pleased with the service and rates, having been to SEVERAL vets over my lifetime.
