I am a first time pet owner, or at least having a dog on my own. I took her in for a check up and Dr. Leveall and his staff were all wonderful! They always answer the phone or return my call within the hour I leave a message. They are quick to answer my questions and calm and anxiety I might have in regards to my Aussie mix. The money I pay for the services is just right, I don't feel I am overspending at all, and I have had several visits where they chose not to charge me at all, even though they did a quick procedure. When I took Dusty to get spayed, they were very reassuring even letting me call in and check on her. The nurse placed me on hold and went to check on her again. She let me know just how she was doing. They even stayed open 15 min after regular hours so that I could pick her up after work and not ask for time off. That was impressive!

I would not recommend this vet, especially for any type of surgery. I took my kitten there to get spayed. They had to keep her overnight to watch her because they had forced a tracheal tube that was too big for her down her throat. She had a horse meow for a few days and coughed when she drank for weeks. She still has horse breathing sometimes 1 year later. They didn't offer any solution to the problem they caused; just said it was a common occurrence and sent her home. I have another friend who got her dog spayed there. They put the dog on way too much anesthesia for her weight, so she didn't wake up until the next day. These seem like rookie mistakes that professionals should not be making.

We adopted a dog from someone who used this clinic and I have since moved my other 2 animals to this facility. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. My Siberian Husky that does not like any healthcare facility was comfortable there and they actually found a tumor on the head of my German Sheppard that nobody else even noticed. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality health care for their animals

My regular vet was out of town, and my cat got gravely ill. I was more than pleased with the sympatetic care he recieved here. Excellent clinic. (By the way, the address and map is incorrect. They are located on 10th street off of Judge Ely, across from the United)

Dr. Leavell and his staff are great, very caring about their animal patients and their owners. He went above and beyond to explain to me what was wrong with my cat and spent all the time we needed to understand the situation. I highly recommend this clinic and they will treat you like family!
