If you want to be treated like family. Go here. Always take excellent care of my pets and Kathy isb the sweetest person you will ever have the pleasure of talking to. When my first cat passed away not only did they do everything they could to save him a few days later they sent me a card inb the mail which blew my mind. The whole office staff is great and the office cat has character. Over all I've NEVER had any problems with the care, customer service or price. Kathy is reeeeeeeeeeally warm to all kinds of pets and people. Go here if you want your pet to be treated like family.

Awful! Would not recommend to anyone! I personally felt like the staff does not even remotely enjoy their job! The receptionist seems to be the only happy person there! I've had so many problems with this vet clinic from missing ear mights in a puppy(after getting a full "check up") to them missing worms in a family members dog for months(after going back repeatedly for diarrhea). I personally feel like they are rude and do not care about the animals you bring in.

Ridgemont is also the location for the after hours emergency clinic. We recently had a dog that had respiratory distress and, because we were not in the emergency clinic "window" they refused to see our dog. Two hours later we brought our dog back, after rushing her to our regular vet, and she was seen by the emergency vet. Sadly she died early the next morning. I will use their emergency vet services (which are not part of Ridgemont) but would never use them as my regular vet. They were cold and uncaring.
